This one was a total pleasure to do — in painting and in life, landscape is my home base and my comfort zone. I walk my dogs in beautiful landscape every day, witnessing the change in seasons, the feel of the air, the wind, and of course, the light.
This little landscape is based on a photo I took on Venice Beach in California. It was sunset, and the fading light could trick you into thinking you were anywhere.
