I did this painting very quickly, in under an hour. You could say it’s a hot mess, but I like it that way. The big dark shape is a tree in front of a house in Mexico, shading the man who’s working in the yard. You can see the tree and the man, right? Sometimes it’s best not to fuss over a painting, to just have fun with it, learn some things about paint, and move on. This painting is one of those.
